Welcome to Indian Legal Help LLP’s Refund and Payment Policy. We aim to provide high-quality legal services through our online platform and strive for complete client satisfaction. Please review our Refund and Payment Policy carefully before purchasing any of our services.


1. Payment Terms

  • All payments for services purchased through our application are processed securely via Razorpay. By using our platform, you agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions of Razorpay, available here.
  • All payments are considered final upon completion unless a refund request meets the criteria outlined below.

2. Service Cancellation Policy

  • Time Frame for Cancellation: Clients may request cancellation within 4 hours of payment or before the initiation of service, whichever comes first.
  • Cancellation Process: To cancel, please contact us via any of the media mentioned below with your Order ID and a brief reason for the cancellation.
  • Non-Cancellable Services: If the requested service has already commenced or the time frame for cancellation has lapsed, the order cannot be canceled, and the Refund Policy will apply.

3. Refund Eligibility

Clients may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:

  • Money-Back Guarantee Scheme: If you are eligible for a Money-Back Guarantee as explicitly stated on our website or communicated electronically, and all terms of the scheme are met, you may request a refund.
  • Service Delay Due to Indian Legal Help LLP: If there is an unreasonable delay in service completion due solely to factors within our control, a refund may be requested.

4. Refund Process

  • Submission of Refund Request: For a refund request, email info@indianlegalhelp.com with your Order ID and the reason for claiming the refund.
  • Review and Approval: Refund requests are reviewed by our Senior Management. We reserve the right to approve or deny refund requests based on a fair assessment of each case.
  • Processing Time: If approved, the refund will be processed within 15 working days from the date of refund approval and credited to the original payment method used.
  • Refund Limitations:
    • Only professional fees paid for the specific service will be refunded. Any government fees, taxes, or administrative charges will not be refunded.
    • A nominal processing deduction of 10% will apply to cover online payment processing.
    • The maximum refund amount will not exceed the amount initially paid by the client for the service.

5. Special Circumstances

  • Indian Legal Help LLP is committed to objectivity and fairness in addressing unique cases. In exceptional situations not covered above, we may work with clients to reach a mutually agreeable solution. However, our decision regarding refunds remains final and binding.

6. Non-Refundable Payments

  • No refund will be issued for payments made directly to the appointed lawyer by the client outside of Indian Legal Help LLP’s online platform.
